    Autentico wants to help people with a better understanding of the impact in their buying decisions and appreciation of eco-friendly products.  Since all of our products are handcrafted with delicate, natural materials, they must be treated as such!  The following tips will help to ensure your product’s lasting quality:

    • Store carefully—preferably in room temperature.
    • Never immerse in water!
    • Do not expose jewelry, key chains, or handbag tassels to chemicals of any kind!
    • Do net leave jewelry to the reach of pets—they might try to eat it!


    Our team is committed to providing customers with the very best values on each of our product lines and outstanding customer service, while maintaining a positive focus on product sustainability.

    If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, an item may be returned within five (5) days of receipt for a full refund.  Please e-mail us at: customerservice@autenticoaccessories.com prior to returning merchandise and we will provide you with a return form.  Sale items or custom orders cannot be returned.

    Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded unless there was an error on our part.  Items must be undamaged and unaltered, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.   Autentico is not responsible for merchandise that is either lost or damaged in transit.  We suggest that you package the piece properly with padding.
